I have more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry and I have programmed, installed, maintained and supported systems of all sizes, types and complexities. I have a wide range of skills in a variety of related disciplines. I'm based near Bath and offer a nationwide service.

Ian has serviced and sorted out my computers for over 20 years. I can trust Ian to do the best he can for me within my budget, he will go the extra mile to get the best deal when purchasing laptops for myself or my teenagers, I will always ask Ian to set them up for me he understands what I do need and what I don't, he keeps records, remembers previous problems you have encountered, he is prompt and if he can help you over the phone he will. We are self-employed and our laptops need to be fully functioning at all times, Ian is brilliant in emergencies and understands we need the machines working well. Ian has also helped me to set up Wi-Fi in outbuildings some distance from my house successfully without any stress. My sons now deal with Ian directly and have warmed to him as well, quite frankly I don't know what we would do without him.
